What we do
hülf:me is a guide. We ask you a few questions and show you services in Vienna responsible for your situation — with everything you need for the first step: where, when open, what it costs, what to expect.
What we don’t do
We don’t counsel, don’t treat and don’t decide anything. The services we send you to do that. We are the anteroom, not the destination.
How entries are verified
Over 150 services. The most important ones are verified by phone — those entries show when last. All others honestly say they are not yet confirmed. If something is no longer right, tell us — we correct it.
Who is behind it
A small, independent, volunteer project from Viennese social work. Not part of any authority, church or party. Details in the legal notice.
